Continued closure due to Coronavirus – but what services can we offer?

Families Forward have taken the decision to further suspend our services, in line with Government advice, until at least the end of the current period of lockdown. At this point we will review our decision based on Government guidelines, and advise you accordingly.

We will however, offer an indirect electronic contact service, to all our families, should they wish to take this up. This would involve parents sending information via email to Families Forward, which we will then forward on as required. Confidentiality will be maintained, in line with our Confidentiality policy. The cost of this will be £10 per occasion. Both parties will need to agree to use this service.
